- This class is always a popular one, although challenging it leaves the clients feeling positive and energised.

Core – 30 minutes
This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen, back muscles and increase flexibility.
Total Body Bootcamp –
30 or 45 mins

Kettlebell & Dumbbell Total Body Class – 30 or 45 mins
This could be ideal for staff who have small pieces of kit at home and not entirely sure how to utilise it.
Glutes Galore! 30 or 45 mins
This is my most popular class. This can be performed using either small bands, weights or bodyweight only. It targets the lower body, primarily the glutes & hamstrings – i.e. the posterior chain which is essential for those who sit down at a desk all day to learn to engage these muscles for a better posture and stronger core. (Exercises taught will help reduce lower back pain).
