Total Body Boot Camp  –  No Equipment Required 

Designed for all ages and abilities, this no equipment class will work your entire muscular skeletal and cardiovascular system.  

All levels welcomed – each movement is demonstrated with progression and regression options to take at your own pace. 

 

Booty Blast

 The famous Booty Blast class is now available virtually. 

 Enjoy a lower body workout designed to target the glutes, hamstrings and thighs and feel the burn. 

 

 Fab Abs

 This class will target the upper and lower abdominals as well as the obliques. 

 All core strengthening targeted exercises.

No equipment required.

 

Stretch and Rehab Class – with Julia Cuttelle Parker from Active Health Care Practice

This class is a live interactive class to help manage aches, pains and injury during lockdown.

You will be guided through stretches to help manage and prevent pain & injury as well as guidance on how to self manage during lockdown.

 Julia holds a diploma in Sports Massage Therapy amongst many other qualifications and will be
